Our Story
As a Safety Consultant and Instructor for Pelican Training and Consulting, I am responsible for developing course curriculum for vertical markets based on OSHA General Industry Standard 1910. I instruct/lead specialized classes for employers to enhance profitability by reducing liability exposure and lost-time accidents, expand customer base through relationship building and networking, and review current course materials on an as needed basis for clientele. I conduct safety audits/inspections and provide recommendations based on OSHA compliance, assist employers with written programs, Job Safety Analysis, and assessments, certify industrial lift operators, and facilitate National Restaurant Association's SERVSAFE program.
